If RoomMate did not pass the compatibility test with you — we are ready to help you out.
Please note our return & exchange policy:

• You can return or exchange the clothes within 14 days from the day you receive the order.
• We return and exchange clothes that have not been used, that is, you have not worn them and all the labels remain intact.
• Clothes that don’t fit you can be sent back by  mail delivery service. In this case, the buyer pays for shipping according to mail delivery service tariffs.

 

If you received a damaged product, or the order is incorrect — please, return it with intact labels and in its original packaging. We will be grateful for that. And of course, the delivery fees in such a case will be on us.

We will refund your payment by card within 10 banking days from the moment of receiving the order.
